WORK ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
Dos:
- Addition of members (Family/Friends/Relatives/Neighbours/College Students/Others) to the authorized Whatsapp group.
- You will act as a "LEAD ADMIN" for the respective authorized whatsapp group.
- As a "LEAD ADMIN" you can join 5-10 members/day.
- Give a general information about our Software training & placement institute before adding them into the group.
- Your role is to monitor & keep the group healthy (In this Authorized group, information pertaining to only CADDESK/ITDESK Bommanhalli & Madiwala Training, Events & Placement information will be posted)
- You as a "LEAD ADMIN" can send the friend request to the mutual friends and ensure they join in the group.
- Donot allow others to post some thing in group, for any query they can either reach you (LEAD ADMIN) or reach us directly.
Dont's
- Dont add members, already added in the EXISTING CADDESK/ITDESK Bommanhalli & Madiwala groups, community & channel's.
- Donot add more than 10 members in the group/day as a factor of safety. (There will be possible chances whatsapp may block LEAD ADMIN & MAIN ADMIN number for 1-2+ days, adding more than 15 members. You can add members 1 after the other, upto 10 members per day)
- Donot give admin rights to others.
- Donot post any unwanted/irrelevant postings.
- Donot add any unknown members to the group.
Note: As a Lead Admin You may/you may not counsel the member about the software course programs. Your major role is to add the members to the Authorized Whatsapp group & give a general information about our Software Training & Placement Unit.
Counsellors from the training Institute CADDESK/ITDesk Bommanhalli & Madiwala will provide the counselling on the Software Training & Placement Opportunity. Under any kind of Mal practice you may loose the Part time Job opportunity wiht out any infomation.
TARGETS & SALARY STRUCTURE
Fixed Salary
Every 100 numbers addition/Joined in the respective Authorized Group, i.e when ever 100 members join in the Authorized Group & Counseling is done a Fixed sum of Rs. 2000/-Rs ( Two Thousand Rupees) will be paid to the ''LEAD ADMIN".
Variable Salary
Any one member joining from the Authorized Whatsapp Group to our CADDESK/ITDESK Training Institute Bommanhalli/Madiwala an amount of Rs. 3000/-Rs (Three Thousand Rupees) will be paid in the form of Variable Pay. Variable pay will be settled on the same day/Next day when a student join our Institute.
REWARDS
Reward at Every 300 Members
LEAD ADMIN gains a Cash reward of upto 10,000/-Rs (Ten Thousand Rupees) on joining of every 300 members to the Authorized Whatsapp Group.
5 Registrations
On the admission of every 5 members from the respective whatsapp group to our Institute CADDESK/ITDESK Bommanhalli & Madiwala an amount of 15,000/-Rs (Fifteen thousand Rupees) will be rewarded to the LEAD ADMIN
